Hello Guru Friends!

We are so excited to share with you the details of our show last Friday Jan. 6,2012.  As our first show of the new year it was certainly a wonderful way to kick start what is to come throughout the year. We were thrilled to welcome Vandita Kate Marchesiello (below), senior teacher and Director of Kripalu’s Teaching for Diversity program which provides grants and scholarships to members of the Kripalu Yoga Teachers Association (KYTA) and the International Association of Black Yoga Teachers (IABYT) to teach in disadvantaged schools or to diverse populations such as ethnic minorities and those socially, economically, or physically challenged. Read more about their impressive list of past grant recipients here.

We were also so grateful to have Abi White, England based life coach and #WIMG come-back guest. As our first guest of 2011 Abi coined last year to be “The Year of Infinate Abundance.” This year, we were thrilled to find out, Abi says is the “Year Of Manifestation”. Her encouraging words of wisdom left us all feeling highly motivated as we enter 2012 head on and fast and furious.

Abi White: “The important thins are being personally responsible, taking control, finding peace in every moment in every day, accepting that the things that are happening are exactly the things that should be happening, and trusting that in the moment. When you start to shift from infinite abundance into infinite manifestation, you really do want to see the acorn growing into an oak tree. Infinite manifestation has to come through belief and education. That education is self education, personal responsibility and acceptance of who you are. No more beating ourselves up. It’s got to stop. It’s time for change. It’s 2012, apparently the end of the world. Lets really start to focus on if it were the end of the world, what would I spend my time doing?”
