Hi. I’m excited to be here. Grateful to Jess & Diane for inviting me. I look forward to sharing musings & happenings from here, Pawleys Island, South Carolina. This Friday around 11 am. Sharing the beauty and wealth of this area with others enhances it in me, so thanks again ladies for this opportunity.

Lisa Rosof

In 1991, Lisa Rosof walked away from a successful career as a dancer to focus on her inner life. Founder of Yoga at the Beach and partner in Litchfield Counseling & Yoga, organizations encouraging and devoted to the study and practice of mindbody spiritual values in daily life. Rosof teaches meditation and yoga in Georgetown County, South Carolina. She is a member of the Osher Lifelong Learning Center at Coastal Carolina University. She holds a Masters degree in Counseling and is a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapist.
