Gift of the White Light, The Strange and Wonderful Story of Annette Martin ~ Biography by James N. Frey
As many of you know, beloved Annette Martin, world-famous psychic detective and medical intuitive, was recently diagnosed with cancer, and she’s no longer able to broadcast her show. This Wednesday, September 14, 2011, is your final chance to be part of Annette Martin’s Psychic World. Update: Annette crossed over on Monday night. She is now with the Angels. We hope she can hear this tribute show from the other side.
For almost four decades, Annette Martin has used her psychic ability, the “Gift of the White Light,” to help thousands of people in their life journey. She has helped law enforcement and the FBI solve crimes. She was the first psychic sworn in as an expert witness for a murder case. She’s been featured on countless national and international TV programs. And for the last year she has hosted Annette Martin’s Psychic World on Here Women Talk online radio.
This week, during her normal programming hour, Here Women Talk will present a tribute to Annette, her accomplishments, and her life’s work, and YOU are invited to call-in and share how Annette has helped you. On this final show, YOU can give back to Annette. And you can hear how Annette has helped others, including psychics and intuitives who will be part of this show.
Annette’s good friend Dr. Margaret Cochran together with Here Women Talk founder Kay Van Hoesen will host this special tribute in a joyous celebration of Annette and her life’s work.
Mark your calendar right now. After Wednesday, Annette Martin’s Psychic World will be a treasured memory. This could be your final opportunity to be part of Annette’s world.

I am her second cousin, and I tuned in during a moment while at work, and I heard that mp3s exist of her singing; I was hoping that there might be someone willing to share those with me. I never got to hear her singing voice, as she didn’t give us any performances during family gatherings.
I had emailed her just a few months ago, getting a reply shortly after her surgery, and Sunday morning, I felt the urge to reply, but didn’t do so…I understand now as to why.
Annette was supportive, loving and very kind when I went to see her for a reading. She was very accurate concerning my family issues. I loved the way she laughed, so full of joy and lightness. I will miss her.
I thoroughly enjoyed my brief On-Air experience w/Annette. She was a good soul with good intent. I am hoping to call in today to express this…but in case I cannot get thru, I wanted to post this today in Annette’s Honor. Love, Miss Bonnie
May Annette’s ascenDANCE bring her the Peace that she has so magnificently earned. She brought light to darkness with courage and dignity. Annette is freed from pain and anguish now. The love, care and beauty she brought the Earth lives on… and on.
Annette and I have been together for over 10 years. She has guided and comforted me and kicked my ass ;)) through more than 8 countries in which I have been lived. I was sad when she took ill – and did whatever healing, I could think of – from afar. She has been a sister, a teacher, a Madrasah, and a true light. Annette is Love. I miss you my Dear – always and all ways.

I recently spoke to Annette and am deeply saddened by her passing. Her book was amazing and I am such a fan. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family and friends. I am so disappointed that I will be unable to listen to the broadcast today and wondered if there is another time that it will be rebroadcast?
Annette was a friend and a mentor. She was always loving and direct, always looking for the best way to help. I will remember the sound of her laugh. It was a gift to hear. Her career was a gift to so many people. I’m gratetful we have books and videos to soothe us and keep her contributions fresh in our hearts and minds.
I will miss her. I trust her transition is right and perfect for her process as a soul. She lived 10 lifetimes in one. I’m sure where ever she is she will be dancing and singing and bringing joy. She couldn’t do anything else.
Wishing you love and the gift of the white light always…. Phyllis
So sorry to hear of Annette passing into the light. She was truly gifted and helped so very many. Sad to know she’s gone. But, that’s my wanting her to stay on earth. She is truly an Angel of Light now. And that’s as it was meant to be for her.
Annette Martin was my teacher, mentor, and friend. She did her work with accuracy and compassion, no matter how difficult the reading, and she taught her students to do the same. Her gift will live on through her students and all the many thousands of people she helped over the decades.
Annette and I both loved the poet Kahlil Gibran and when I heard of her passing, I went to the following passage from the Prophet —
“For what is it to die, but to stand naked in the wind and to melt into the sun?
And what is to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered?
Only when you drink from the river of silence shall you indeed sing.
And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.”
I know Annette is dancing — and singing in that beautiful voice of hers.
I can feel her. For some reason, I feel like I know Annette personally. I can’t explain it. I’m certain she’s fine. It would be lovely if the energy of Barbara Van Diest, my dear spiritual guide and friend, who transitioned due to cancer two years ago this coming Thanksgiving, finds Annette’s energy. I’m sure they’ll find each other. Barb is with me all the time and I have a feeling I’ll really get to know Annette too. Thanks for letting us know, Kay.
I feel bad. I came on line to listen to Donna Tyson show and saw the posting. I’m sad she is no longer here. I enjoyed her show. She will be missed. But she is home now and has been welcomed by all those who love her, she goes to rest and evaluate all she has done on earth. I’m sad for me I’m happy for her..
Annette Martin will surely be missed. What a gifted person. I’m sure her work will continue in the after life. Celebrating her life is what we all will do.
Shirley, Annette is no longer of this earth. She passed last night. Her family and friends, including all of us here at HWT who loved her, will be tuning into the tribute show on Wednesday. It’ll be a joyous celebration of her life.
So sad about Annette’s health. She has been and is the light when light seems to fade. Thanks for all you have done over the years, Annette. God Bless and keep you.
Annette had emailed me awhile back and asked if I would be on her show~she scheduled me to be on Sept. 21st. I was so flattered that such an amazing woman would ask me to be a part of her world. I’m shocked and saddened to hear that she has crossed over. Annette: You will be forever missed! Come visit me, okay?
