Who am I?

It is a question that plagues us all at some point. The answer is simple, you are whoever you are at this moment.

If this sounds too simplistic, think about the level of acceptance we give to emotional states of being. “I am stressed!” and in that moment, you are correct; you are stressed.

Being present enough to realize that all I am-ness is oneness with the present moment will allow you to accept “I am” as whoever you are at this moment, which is always ephemeral.

Seed: if you feel like you have lost yourself, pause for a moment and become present. Take a few breaths, and allow whatever sense of I am to exist without judgement.

Breathe. Accept. Smile. And move slowly.

Who are you, now?
